Warranty and Downloads

The Fuel Angel Misfuel Prevention Device includes a lifetime warranty against factory defects and workmanship. If this device ever wears out or breaks, it will be replaced for no charge. This warranty applies to the original Purchaser and the original vehicle on which the device was installed. If defective, the Purchaser must receive authorization prior to returning the device to us freight prepaid.

This warranty does not apply if the device was installed improperly, damaged by misuse or altered in any way. It does not include any device that has been removed then re-installed on a second vehicle. This warranty does not include damages for failing to follow proper operating instructions or damages due to a vehicle accident. In no event shall the Warrantor be liable for claims of personal injury or inconvenience, contaminated fuel, indirect or consequential damages, costs of substitute equipment or vehicle downtime. Under no circumstances shall the liability of Warrantor, or its affiliates, or subsidiaries exceed the purchase price of this product.

ACCEPTANCE. By accessing and using our website, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions as listed. If you do not agree to abide by any part of these terms and conditions, then please do not use this website or purchase any of our products or services.

PRIVACY. Any personal or payment information that you provide to us while using this website or to purchase any of our products, will not be used or sold to any third party for any reason whatsoever.

INDEMNIFICATION & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. In no event shall any of our employees, officers or directors be held liable for anything arising out of your use of our website. To the extent that the website and information is provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature. We will not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special loss of damage, nor will we be liable for any loss of profit, income, revenue, anticipated savings or profits or any loss or damage arising out of any event beyond our reasonable control.

APPLICABLE LAWS. These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

LEGAL NAMES & TRADEMARKS. Fuel Angel is the trade name owned exclusively by Blue1 Energy Equipment of Buford, GA. Blue1 Energy Equipment is a wholly owned subsidiary of PureGreen Equipment Services, LLC, registered in the state of Georgia. Fuel Angel and the Fuel Angel logo are registered trademarks of PureGreen Equipment Services, LLC.

SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, then such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to this website and supersede all previous agreement in respect to your use of this website.

PRICES, TAXES & FEES. Published prices for products and services are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Fuel Angel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at the incorrect price. Any applicable taxes and freight charges will be itemized and quoted separately.

CREDIT, PAYMENT & TERMS. The company accepts both Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. A 3% service fee is added to any credit card payment greater than $3000. All other payments to be made to PureGreen Equipment Services are subject to credit approval. Payment terms for all approved orders are due net 30 days from date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (or 18% per annum) may be charged for any unpaid balance.

PARTIAL DELIVERIES, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS. The company may make partial deliveries from time to time. All such partial deliveries will be invoiced separately and shall be paid for when due. A customer may cancel an order only upon written approval from Blue1 Energy Equipment. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns that are received in the original, un-opened boxes. A 30% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns that are received not in their original, un-opened boxes. All freight charges for returned goods must be paid by the customer.
